Dear Microflora is an artist book that I made during the summer and fall of 2012 while artist in residence at Kala Art Institute in Berkeley, CA. The Radiolab episode, Guts, totally blew my mind and I felt urgently inspired to make artwork about these inner belly creatures. This artist book was made with ink and collage, digitally printed, and coptic stitch bound. A physical copy of the artist book can be found in the special collections of Denison University, Carnegie Mellon University, Baylor University, the University of Utah, and the University of Colorado.
